Dates and Events:
4-Wall Singles and Doubles: Friday, Saturday, Sunday August 3-5
1-Wall Big Blue Junior and Women Singles: Friday, July 27
1-Wall Big Blue Open Singles: Saturday, July 28
1-Wall B/C Doubles: Sunday July 29
Event Brackets:
4-Wall Singles and Doubles
Open, 40+, 50+ 60+, 70+, B, C/Novice, Women, Juniors (17 & Under)
1-Wall Big Blue Singles: Juniors, Women, Open
1-Wall Big Blue B/C Doubles
Tournament staff will adjust brackets as necessary depending
on the number of entrants per bracket.
Referees: Losers are expected to referee a subsequent match.
USHA rules apply and Eye Protection is Mandatory.
Eligibility: Players from New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio,
West Virginia, Washington DC, as well as Pennsylvania are welcome to compete. All ages as of July 1, 2012.

Starting Times will be emailed to participants for 1-Wall at the conclusion of registration
Participants without email addresses will be notified by phone.
Entry Fees:
Adult player On-line registration is $30 and mail in registration is $35 for one event.
Play is permitted in 4-Wall and 1-Wall limited to three additional events.
Two events in 4-Wall and two in 1-Wall.
No fee for Juniors (17 and under). Donations are accepted for Juniors.
A Souvenir Shirt is included with registration.

Deadline for 1-Wall events is Tuesday, July 24, 2012.
Deadline for 4-Wall events is Tuesday, July 31, 2012.

Awards:
Medals for first (Gold), second (Silver) and third (Bronze) will be awarded for each event bracket. Bronze will go to the winner of the match between the two semi-finish losers.
