DIVISIONS:
- Junior - Grades 9-10 for the 2012-2013 academic year
- Scholastic - Grades 11-12 for the 2012-2013 academic year
ELIGIBILITY:
- An athlete must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- A full-time Pennsylvania resident within the region for 30 days prior to first day of tryouts.
- A full-time Pennsylvania student at a recognized academic institution in the region.

- Medals are awarded to the top three athletes in each division.

KARWOSKI CUP:
A Cup Award was implemented in 2005 and will be continued. The results of both teams in the region will be scored, and the region totaling the highest earns the Karwoski Cup Award.
